Kalagoora Recipe

Ingredients to prepare Kalagoora:

Bringal

Ginger garlic

1 tea spoons

Green chilli paste

2 tea spoons

Turmeric Powder

1tea spoon

Curry leaves

1 sprig

Coriander leaves

2 table spoons

Oil

2 table spoons

Salt

to taste

Kalagoora preparation method :

Wash and chop all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and fry.

Add ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, turmeric powder and saute for 30 seconds.

Add chopped potaotes, carrots, cluster beans, french beans, peas.

Cover the pan with lid and saute for 2 minutes.

Then add brinjal, leafy vegetables, tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Add Green chilli paste, salt and cook for more 10 minutes or till all the vegetables are cooked well.

When the oil is extraced add corainder leaves and mix well.

Remove from flame and now the Kalagoora is ready to serve.

Serve hot with rice, chapati or roti.
